I compiled a list of all items to possess to get "Nine Tenths of the Law" and "Spice of Life" medals. To get the latter medal you need to have the atmosphere bar maxed so that every spooking ability is available. Once you 're ready possess every item from the list and make sure you use every spooking ability, which means pushing all four direction buttons being inside each item. Good luck!
